Our mission statement is to: 1) build a stronger community by developing the individual through raising self-esteem and leadership skills; 2) develop strong minds and bodies through martial arts; 3) encourage the confidence needed to peacefully resolve conflicts through learning self-defense and self-discipline. Our programs focus on building mind, body and spirit strength in people of all ages while learning martial arts and self-defense. We offer: 1) After school programs - which includes pickup from schools and daily martial art classes. We work with teachers and parents to enhance the healthy balanced qualities in our students; 2) Summer Camp Adventures - Come join us for our 6 week summer adventure that include fun field trips, and community activities while learning the discipline of martial arts. 3) Lil' Dragons (3 to 6 yrs old) - instilling self discipline, confidence, respect, and school preparation through martial arts; 4) Evening Adult Classes - focus is on adult challenges, fun workouts, addressing mental, physical and energetic stressloads and building cardio conditioning at each student's pace.
