I have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for over a decade. I provide counseling services to individuals, families and children for a variety of issues. I specialize in anxiety, depression, anger management, stress management, self-esteem and body image, family conflict resolution, foster families and adoption issues. The emphasis of my practice is in overcoming obstacles brought to us through our life experiences.
