Class offerings: Tae Kwon Do - A Korean style of martial art known for its jumping nature. Little Tigers - Essentially, Tae Kwon Do for youngsters. Younger students require a different approach due to overflowing energy levels and shorter attention spans, but that doesn't mean we want to hold off on their training! Tae KarDio - A butt-kicking... bag-punching... fist-pounding... stress-relieving... workout! Tai Chi - A slow-moving, relaxed form of martial art We also hold women's self-defense seminars called Don't Be A Victim, which we led under special request as well as every couple months Women's self-defense (Don't Be a Victim) - Learn simple self-defense techniques from Master Spellious, a 6th degree black belt instructor with 30 years of experience.
