Uplift Athletic Training and Mentor Services provide free educational training, athletic sport skill training, strength and aglility training, recruitment and mentoring services for amle and female high school athletes that have a great desire to attend college on athletic and/or academic scholarship. We provide ACT/SAT workshop, outdoor and indoor aglility and skill training, a well as helping advise athletes in their recruitment process.
