My clinical training, as well as my own life experience, have prepared me well for helping my clients make sense of the challenges they face. The therapeutic approach I employ is aimed at helping individuals and families work through hurdles such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, divorce, separation and parenting issues so that they can ultimately discover a place of healing and hope. The couples work I conduct is aimed at assisting partners in the development of increased emotional intimacy, greater understanding, improved communication and the establishment or re-establishment of trust.
