Your best self happens when your marriage or relationships are healthy. I offer marriage counseling, couples counseling, individual and family counseling in a caring and confidential setting. My clinical training, as well as my own life experience, have prepared me well for helping my clients make sense of the challenges they face. The therapeutic approach I employ is aimed at helping individuals and families work through hurdles such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, divorce, separation and parenting issues so that they can ultimately discover a place of healing and hope. The couples work I conduct is aimed at assisting partners in the development of increased emotional intimacy, greater understanding, improved communication and the establishment or re-establishment of trust.
