If you stay past the first month, you are expected to pay for the full month. • Rent is due on the 1st. $10 late fee is charged on the 6th and the 11th and the 16th if rent is paid late. • When you give proper notice, move out, and leave a clean unit and return the lock and key, we refund the deposit within 28 days. • We cannot accept security deposits in lieu of rent.
