Gagner Restoration, Inc. has proudly served the community since Feb. 1, 1978 by providing exceptional customer service for all the different phases in caulking, masonry restoration, waterproofing, waterblasting, and tuckpointing. Locally owned and family operated by Myron Gagner and Karen Gagner, Gagner Restoration, Inc. takes care of residential customers and handles commercial clients. Gagner Restoration, Inc. which is Better Business Bureau accredited and a member of the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), primarily specializes in masonry repair, tuckpointing, caulking and waterproofing, and new construction. The types of waterproofing are clear coatings, membrane waterproofing and below-grade waterproofing. We do urethane caulking of new construction or recaulking of expansion joints, control joints, walls, door frames, etc. We also do sealing of joints in parking lots. In the masonry restoration and tuckpointing line of work, we repair brick or block in existing walls and cut out and repoint deteriorated mortar joints. We were glad to help with the restoration of this unique building. The barn is located 1 1/2 miles south west of Filley, Nebraska and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Saline County Courthouse This courthouse was beginning to show its age after nearly 70 Nebraska winters. The front of a two-ton, 3 by 2 by 2-foot cornice stone had cracked off and fallen to the ground. We refaced the cracked cornice stones on the building with cast replica stone fronts restoring the appearance and safety of the structure.
