The Grape Encounters Empourium is one of the world's most unique wine tasting experiences. Not only do we sell on offer generous tasting flights of hard to get, but economically priced wines from around the world, we custom blend single varietal wines from the bottles to your glass. This practice, which we call VInsythesis, will truly make you look at wine enjoyment in a totally different way. Operated by David and Annie Wilson; David is host of the nationally syndicated wine radio show, Grape Encounters. There's always something very special going on from 6 PM to 9 PM every Wednesday. Its Winemaker Wednesday and the Empourium is the place to be. Important note: Our ABC license prohibits us from allowing anyone under 21 from entering the premises.
