Lisbeth began teaching vinyasa yoga in 2012 and has been practicing yoga of all types for twelve years. Lisbeth is a graduate of Jacqui Bonwell's Sacred Seeds yoga school and is continually inspired by Glen Cunningham of Sadhana Yoga, Boston, Massachusetts, and Terry Cockburn of Freeport Yoga Company, Freeport, Maine. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Lisbeth is also trained in Yin Yoga and holds a Master's of Public Health Degree. Her classes emphasize the importance of building compassion for self and others on and off the mat. In addition, Lisbeth seamlessly weaves a spiritual component of yoga philosophy throughout her classes. Lisbeth teaches throughout greater Portland, Maine, in spaces including yoga studies, universities and fitness centers. Her classes have a rhythm to them and modifications are offered to advance your practice or take it down a notch depending on your body in this moment.
