Squaw Valley Academy (SVA) started thirty-five years ago at the base of Squaw Valley ski mountain with a handful of students and a vision for a new kind of education, an intimate, first-rate, academic experience with the adventures, rigors, and experiences to be had in the awe-inspiring Sierra Nevada.
