This is no ordinary BBQ..smoked, seared, juicy....to perfection. We smoke most of our meats with oak, hickory or mesquite. We also prepare food with our Broaster; such as Apricot Chicken Sticks and Spicy Garlic Pork Sticks. Our BBQ Wagon can travel to your special event: Birthdays, Weddings, Anniversarys, Corporate Events, Reunions, Fund Raisers, and Private Events.
