The company decided to close that division after ten years and this provided Mr. Wilson with an opportunity. He decided to purchase it and start a new heating and air conditioning company, TICA, Inc. In March of 2011, TICA, Inc. was recognized by Trane Residential Systems with the “Top Sales Award” for the year 2010.
