Arizona home inspectors are licensed by the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration(BOTR) based on the Arizona Standards of Professional Practice adopted from the ASHI Standards. Doug and his team of professionals were hand-picked to serve on the BOTR Report Review Committee and the Enforcement Advisory Committee. These committees review reports of new applicants as well as reports with findings that are in dispute or do not meet the Standards of Practice (complaints).
