Cheer and Dance Express is proud to offer Full-Year and Half-Year Competitive cheer programs, Recreational Cheer, Dance & Tumbling classes, a Special Needs Cheer Program, Private Lessons, High School Cheer Training Program, Stunting classes as well as Skills Camps and Choreography Camps! Our programs are for Girls & Boys, Ages 2 ½- 18 as well as an “Open Program” for ages 18 & up! This means that your family can get all of their classes in one training center! We’ve put together a FUN program that instills “Confidence, Character and Coordination” whether you are a 3 year old beginner or a 18 year old elite athlete! Cheer & Dance is proud to be a 14,000 sq. ft. Cheer, Dance & Tumbling training facility! Our state of the art, fully air-conditioned facility allows our students to safely and properly train. By having many different rooms we can have multiple teams and classes going on at one time. It’s fun for our students to get to move around the facility during class instead of being in one room the entire time! Our cheer & tumbling program is set up for students to move through proper progressions to feel confident in their skills. They might first work with a coach spotting them, then move onto the trampoline by themselves, and eventually to the floor. We want them to feel comfortable performing their skills in many different areas! When we moved into our current gym our main priority was to make our facility the safest possible place. We sunk all of our trampolines, tumble track and pit into the ground so it’s even with our cheer floor. This makes the kids feel very safe when working on the equipment and allows the coaches to move easily with the students when spotting! The facility is comprised of: Two 54 x 42 ft.
