I think of myself as a storyteller first and foremost, capturing the feel and emotion of the day in a candid, unposed style. While I include some posed formals, it's in the candid moments and unplanned images that the real story of the day is best told. Wedding photography is so much more than a set of snapshots that document who was present and what they did. A couple's wedding day is a romantic, emotional time. It's exciting and scary and blissful, a real emotional roller coaster throughout the day, and to just grab a set of images simply doesn't convey the whole story.
