Welcome to Spit N' Image Photography! The goal for Spit N' Image Photography is to capture the essence of the people that are being photographed - to capture the smiles and real life moments. I began my career as a professional photographer in the year 2001. Photography wasn't something I had originally set out for; instead, it came to me. I'm not one to believe that someone can be born a photographer but, rather, it is an art inside many that needs to be expressed. My mother was an artist so I can give her the credit for the creative inspiration that birthed within me. I would consider myself having a unique style that was molded from a range of artistic and photographic experience through my years. There is no doubt that I love what I do. Many hours are spent refining, perfecting and at times viewing my work - it is my true passion. I am a member of PPA (Professional Photographers of America) and PPIOWA (Professional Photographers of Iowa). I have attended numerous photography seminars, classes, and education functions to keep up with the changing world of photography. I specialize in baby, children and graduating senior photography. I, too, photograph families, individual portraits and weddings. Photography itself is a creative expression that is influenced by what I see around me combined with how it makes me feel.
