The Alexander Technique helps us do everything we do in life in an easier manner. Whether it's in sports, being in front of a computer, driving, performing or washing dishes, we unknowingly put a strain on our bodies, which over time results in stiffness and pain. These strainful "habits" interrupt the body's ablity to process brain messages in a clear way, robbing us of our potential - energy, lightness of movement and efficient breathing, thereby affecting our overall health, posture and functioning.
