Sammy's Fish Box was first opened in 1966. From our humble beginnings in 1966 we have grown from a 26 seat snack bar to a 500 seat, full service restaurant; preparing upwards of over 1 million meals annually. Our phenomenal growth has been most gratifying to us. Since the beginning we believe some things are as true today as they were years ago; quality attracts customers, value earns respect and compromise in either is inappropriate. Our formula is simple and traditional; serve the very best quality food, prepared fresh daily in an uncompromising manner and served in generous portions at affordable prices. Sammy's famous complimentary offerings - every table receives two home baked breads, one being our famous white crusty mountain bread and the other one - cornbread served with a wedge of delicious cheese. They are followed by our iced relish trays as well as a dish of mixed olives. Every dinner comes with our special garden salad with a choice of dressing as well as Spanish rice with corn and freshly sauteed veggies, and finally every entree comes with your choice of french fries, fried sweet potato, tostones, baked potato or linguine in white or red sauce.
